While we know you will love your product purchases, satisfaction with your purchase is our priority.
We offer a full refund of the purchase price (excluding the delivery costs) or exchange if products have a manufacture fault.
You can return or exchange any item, within 14 days of receipt.
If you change your mind on a purchased item, you will be given a store credit to the same value once the item has been received by us, and any shipping costs incurred will not be refunded. Please ensure you use a trackable or signed-for delivery service such as registered post, as we cannot credit your account until the item has been received.

Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the item. Email us at email@example.com to organise a return. Please also let us know why you are returning your product(s).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it. Please ensure that original packaging is intact and the original labels attached.
Repack and seal the item well to ensure no damage is caused in return transit, including your name, address and receipt as proof of purchase. We cannot be held responsible for anything that gets damaged in transit
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: PO Box 255, Sandringham Victoria AU 3191.
Afterpay purchases may be exchanged for product to equal value or a credit note can be issued for the amount paid. Unfortunately we are unable to process refunds on Afterpay purchases.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We will refund return postage only if an item is faulty.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
